~ Returns & Refund Policy ~

 
  • Picture Lights can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

  • You are not obliged to give a reason for the return, though this can be useful for us to improve our service and product range.

  • A return request can be made by calling us on 020 3051 7150 or emailing us at info@charter.lighting.

  • Only unassembled, uninstalled items are eligible for return.  The products have to be complete, including all accessories, manuals and documentation.  Products have to be undamaged and cannot show signs of usage.

  • We do not accept returns on custom-manufactured or modified products.

  • Kindly please wrap protectively and pack securely, using the original box and packaging supplied. You, the client, are responsible for all aspects of the return shipment, including freight. 

  • If the return order goes missing or gets damaged during the return shipment, this will be your responsibility and Charter Lighting cannot be held liable.

  • Please note that refunds will not be issued until we are in receipt of the returned product and we are satisfied that it meets all our refund criteria.

  • Refunds will be issued via the same method as the original payment transaction.

  • It is possible to cancel your order if it has not been sent to you yet.  In this case, please let us know as quickly as possible via email/telephone that you would like to cancel (a part of) your order.  It is not possible to cancel your order once it has been despatched.

  • All our Picture Lights come with a 3-year warranty. *

~ Warranty ~

  • For all our products, if within three years of delivery any defect in the goods shall be discovered or arise under normal use which is attributable to faulty design, materials, or workmanship, and providing the goods were correctly installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the instructions supplied, CHARTER LIGHTING will either repair the defective part or at their option CHARTER LIGHTING will supply free of charge a new part or complete new product in replacement thereof.

  • The warranty will not apply if the defect, breakdown, or breakage has been caused by misuse or neglect or if the goods have been altered or from which identification numbers or marks have been altered or removed.

  • Any goods alleged to be defective must be returned to CHARTER LIGHTING carriage paid and clearly labelled with the customer's name and address and the nature of the fault within 14 days of the discovery of the alleged defect.

  • Any liability of the seller shall in no circumstances be more than the value of the goods supplied.
