12" FineLine LED Picture Light - Battery Powered
The exceptionally high-capacity and durability of our unique Intelligent Battery Power supply means that this high-output LED picture light is now suitable for use in the illumination of slightly larger paintings to which no mains power supply is available. With its Radio-Frequency remote-control operation and dimming functionality, an unprecedented level of tailored lighting control can be achieved at the touch of a button – and the battery pack itself is separate easy to remove for re-charge. Best suited for moderately-sized paintings – from oils to watercolours – this discreet picture light has a slimline profile which can be tilted to give optimum light coverage and optically differential lensing to suit different canvas orientations. Height adjustment is also possible with the variable-length elegant arm support with mounting brackets that can be mounted on the picture frame, or the wall behind the painting. This is a really exciting new-comer onto the LED Art-Lighting market, and proudly British, too.

~ Selecting Portrait or Landscape Orientation ~
Our picture lights are fitted with different focal-length lenses depending on which orientation you select. Portrait style lights have larger focal lengths to match the additional height of the picture being lit. If your picture is square, please choose the orientation based on the content of the image (e.g. for landscape images pick landscape orientation, for portraits of people or faces, please choose portrait orientation.)

~ Battery Power Supply ~
Our Fineline picture lights can be powered using our Intelligent Battery Power Supply. This means that good quality, reliable, lighting can now be provided for paintings to whose location there is no mains power.
We have developed a uniquely-sophisticated control and monitoring system which regulates the power drawn from the batteries so that the light works consistently and without the usual irritations of fading, flickering and colour-shift. We use RF signal protocols for the on/off and dimming functions, so the ‘brains’ associated with the system can be located invisibly behind the painting.
For each picture light size, a corresponding array of batteries is provided which delivers up to 25 hours of running time before the batteries need to be re-charged. Spare battery packs are also available so that one set can be charging while the other is in use. If you wish to purchase a spare battery pack contact us for details.
